Hey all my blog readers of Kyle's Free Space what's up so today I'm blogging about CB radio also known as Citizen Band. Cb has mostly 40 channels and operates from 26.965 MHz to 27.405 MHz. The FCC wont let you go past that because then your entering ham radio bands which required a license for that. So my CB is a Cherokee CBS 500 CB base station it has 40 channels like we talked about. I use only 19 and 6 for now. I went to Walmart and bought a cheap antenna everyone said it is crap because it picks up signals when it wants to. I did talked skip to a guy in the southern part of the Bahamas that is 1,528 miles from me. I went on there and asked (Hey Breaker 6 Breaker 6 can I can a radio check?) I got a response of (Yea 10-4 your red metering my radio from the Bahamas copy?) I replied (10-4 Bahamas I got you loud and clear 73's. Which is radio term for good bye on the airwaves.
I am going to buy a whole lot better antenna because this one works when it wants to but maybe it will work during the time I transmitted and bounced signals of the ionosphere. I talked to a couple folks in Georgia, Kentucky and one from out of country which is the Bahamas. Ham Radio does the same thing but with no channels just frequencies and a licensed operator I like talking on the CB its fun I am hoping when I get a better antenna I could talk around to people in my town and some truck drivers on the highway. Possibly some skips which is what I did to talk to the guy in the Bahamas and the other states.
CB not a lot of people use them except truck drivers and other people that have interest in them. Most people who have ham radios have CB radios just don't use them anymore. I am still doing my ham radio stuff all there is left is to pass the test which is hard to do don't want to talk about that today maybe some other time. So CB a very fun hobby it is Inexpensive and Expensive you can get a car setup for around 200 depends if you decided to go with good branded equipment they got $40 dollar cb's at Walmart and the antenna I have the radio is not that bad its pretty good from what I have
heard.

I'm Taking Ham Radio Classes
Hey all my blog readers of Kyle's Free Space whats up???. So about a month ago my mom helped me find a local ham radio class. I am studying to get my first license in amateur radio that is called the technician license then I test for General and Amateur Extra. The reason why they said it is a license its because this test is the license is by the government. I have to go do 4 classes and 2 tests. The reason why I'm doing 2 tests because I'm getting 2 licenses. The more I get more bandwidth I go to the classes they help people pass and give them guidance. I have 3 classed remaining I test the 2nd week of April.
Oh I forgot to say If you don't know what ham radio is you should go online and look I don't really want to explain it all. But after I pass I will be transmitting after the FCC uploads my callsign. But first I have to pass. Then I will be picking out my radio I do have a handheld transiever but I cannot transmit on it till I am licensed I honestly cannot wait till I pass the test. K so enough about that your possibly very tired of that .

But it is shaped like a U its pretty cool I fly Cessna 172 SkyHawks with is It was worth it I'm not going to say what I payed that's private but the brand is called Ch Products Flight Sim Yoke. It is awesome their is other brands I personally cant not buy it because it is 200 dollars this one is 125 but not what i Payed for it.
Ok this is going to be it so have a good one everyone. Happy tuesday I will let everyone know when i pass my ham test I will blog about things just not about ham radio.

My Favorite Movie
Hey all my blog readers of Kyle's Free Space what's up???. So today I'm blogging about my favorite movie. I really love the movie series Back To The Future 1,2,3. I first saw them in the year 2010. My dad recommended it to me he watched it as a kid because were in to syfi. I would give that movie 10-10 they were all amazing the acting was on point everyone just nailed it. I would of loved to see a 4th but it would of killed the series they ended it correctly but destroying the time machine. Im not going to say a lot about the movie I dont want spoil it for people who have not seen it but if you have not seen it then you need to buy it soon because its amazing.
The movie is about a teen named Marty McFly and he has a friend his name Is Doctor Emmett Brown. He is a man in his 60's who is a inventor me takes a DMC Delorean and turns it into a time machine. When the car hit 88mph it would leave blue sparks everywhere and it would disappear. It would leave flames in its path and travel into the selected year. It could go into the future or into the past. It is really amazing for a movie made in the 80's and 90's it was really good for it graphics in that year.
The movie is really awesome I just can't explain how amazing the series is. Great Day For Flying
Hey all my blog readers of Kyle's Free Space what's up??? Today I'm going to fly a plane! not really I will be in a simulator. I have this flight simulator on my computer called FSX Microsoft Flight Simulator X. I take my simulators very seriously I do all these checklists on my plane. I do it to make sure everything is running smoothly and working the way it should be. I fly a 1979 Cessna 172 Skyhawk I always depart out of San Marcos, Texas airport KHYI. Unless I fly somewhere and fly back to San Marcos to return my plane to my hanger. I have over 500 hours of flight time under my belt. I even have a logbook of all the places I have flown to I flew from San Marcos, Texas last night to San Antonio, Texas that took 2 hours real life time.
I flew VFR the entire was IFR was not possible because there was no clouds at the time. IFR is where your flying above the clouds you see nothing below you just clouds. VFR Is where you say you want to fly over Austin, Texas you will be able to see it so that's about 3000ft to 5000ft. I have done many VFR flights and a few IFR flights IFR is not my favorite because you miss a lot of scenery but its a good view if you love the clouds. VFR is amazing you see a bunch of scenery It is amazing to see all the things. I love flying over Dallas Fort Worth at night it is a lot bigger from the sky view the city lights are crazy if you fly North and South the lights are in a big trail. If you would of went West and East the light die quickly.
Well this is going to be it for today I hope you all enjoyed reading about Aviation most people might get board from this others wont but who cares. Daytona 500
Hey all my blog readers of Kyle's Free Space what's up???. So yesterday I watched the Daytona 500 I watched all 200 laps. I was routing for Kyle Busch he did not win he came in 3rd place. I really was hoping Denny Hamlin would win and he did!. He won a Daytona in his rookie year which is this year 2016. It was a amazing race I saw a few big crashes sadly the one I also was routing for crashed into a wall. I was routing for 3 people only Denny Hamlin won Kyle Busch was 3rd place.
It was really a awesome race I recently just started watching NASCAR about 3 months ago. I was just in time for the Daytona 500. I will be watching the Sprint cup February 28th That will be fun I think their racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway In Georgia. I am excited about that hoping that Kyle Busch will be racing in it. Or at least Denny Hamlin The guy who won the Daytona 500. The Race was cool they had a squadron of F-16's fly over the track.
This will be the last paragraph today. I will be posting photos of the cars from the track and post some really cool photos no I did not go to the race I watched it on TV so all these photos I posted are from Sports Center's website. I don't OWN them The Man who won Number 11 Denny Hamlin was in 5th before he speed up and won the Daytona it was a crazy move but he did it.

Welding
Hey all my blog readers of Kyle's Free Space what's up???. So today I'm going to be blogging about welding in case you don't know what that is I'm not a whole lot interested in writing a book about welding. There are many forms online you can find information. Alright so I'm going to be writing about my welding experience. So my dad Is a pro welder knows everything there is to know about it. I asked him if he could teach me I have had some torch welding experience in the past but that's totally different. For Christmas my dad purchased me a welding helmet I finally got to use it this past Sunday. He put together the welding machine we gathered all our scrap metal and got welding!
He first showed me the important measures of safety of welding because it can lead to serious injuries and possibly death. He told me that I need to protect every inch of my body I wore a nice jacked, some old jeans and shoes of course. I did have my welding helmet and welding gloves on you have to wear a helmet because the sparks from the welding will make you blind or have very bad vision so always have protection. My dad allowed me to attach my GoPro to my helmet so I could have the first person welders view which was incredible. I am also going to explain 3 types of welding alright so I will be making a little list and paragraph below about certain types of welding.
1. There is GMAW welding also known as MIG welding, MIG welding is the most commonly mastered welding. MIG welding is used for industry welding and house use. MIG means (Metal Inert Gas)
2. TIG welding Is the hardest type of welding it takes so much skill to do. It is totally different from MIG welding to TAC welding. TIG means (Tungsten Inter Gas)
3 Stick Welding is also known as Shielded metal arc (SMAW) is one of the easiest type of welding. I did MIG welding with my dad. It is pretty fun but it is dangerous

Great White Shark
Hey all my blog readers of Kyle's Free Space what's up???. So today I'm going to be blogging about the Great White Shark. I am going to give you some facts about them ok here we go. A great white sharks species is a fish. The great white shark is a vertebrate. Those are not all the facts I have a bunch of papers full because I just got finished with a report well I finished it yesterday but doing final touches. Alright here are some more facts a sharks calcification is a mammal. The great white shark is a endangered animal. There are some important facts lets move to a new paragraph.
You can find sharks commonly in certain areas on the map you can google the shark map and you can find them. Most sharks are in the West coast Near California some run up to parts of southern Canada and south west Alaska. You can find them In the Bahamas and pretty much every were else there will be a picture listed of were they are commonly found. Cessna 172 Skyhawk N172SP
Hey all my blog readers of Kyle's Free Space what's up???. So today I writing about Aviation again I have always had a interest in aircrafts probably since I was 7. I always loved them to there just so interesting to learn about. My favorite line of aircrafts is the Class A general aviation aircraft just like the Cessna 172 Skyhawk. Don't get my wrong I love the Boeing aircrafts aka the commercial airliners. I am also a fan of the Airbus A380 which is another commercial airliner. I have this game on my laptop called Xplane 10 it is the trail version until I am able to buy the disk. But yes time to explain the tittle ok a Cessna 172 Skyhawk is a general class a aviation aircraft every air craft has a number for example N80991 that means November eight zero nine nine one.
My aircraft number is my game is November 172 SEARA PAPA. The N80991 Is a pilot named Josh aka Mr. Aviation 101 on YouTube. I got my pilot number by buying my plane in Xplane I did not know how to fly it but now I am familiar with the controls and buttons that make the aircraft function. I learned how to use a Knots meter and Altimeter meter and how to set the flaps and the mixture of the fuel in the aircraft. I always do a preflight check list even know its a game I like to keep it a real simulator of a real life Cessna. I always talk to ATC to see what air traffic has to say. I recommend using ATC there just another eye in the sky for you. I always use my Taxi light, landing light and always use my strobe lights when I'm rolling on the a active run way.
This is going to be the last paragraph for today this wont be about planes I know for some people its boring. But I love talking about them and photographing them I am hoping to get a picture of a Cessna in the air one day or If I'm lucky I can go to a airport and see one take off and possibly land. I also do other simulators like A commercial truck driver game which I have talked about in the past. I also do Police simulator in the streets of Los Angeles sometimes Nevada County Sheriff Department. I don't know why but I just love simulators there just amazing. Well this is going to be it for today the reason why I have not posted pictures today is because I have posted pictures in the past about things I have talked about in this post. Also forgot to mention I some times do California Highway Patrol in my police simulator. Ok this is it have a good one.

Im The New Center of the Boston Bruins
Hey all my blog readers of Kyle's Free Space what's up???. So today I'm going to write about what I have been playing lately. I have been playing nhl 16 on the Xbox one a lot I just got drafted to the bruins for a center position. Pretty happy about that I use to be on the San Jose sharks as a defensemen. I have been waiting for the trade for a long time and It finally happened. I have been playing a lot of Madden 16 also which is football to people who don't know. That I'm a wide receiver for the New England Patriots. I picked that team because I don't really like anyone else's quarterback plus I'm the biggest patriots fan you will ever meet.
Another thing Is today I will be downloading NBA 2K15 for my Xbox one I have NBA 2K16 on my Xbox 360 trying to get it for my Xbox one. But I am currently saving my money for a new watch so I can just play on the 360 till then if I feel up to it. I don't really have much to say today because I don't want to blog I'm really not interested in it as much as I was before but it is apart of my school so I have to do it. Well this will be it for today because I just got back from karate and my arms hurt and its hard to type so have a good one.

If I had 2 wishes
Hey all my blog reader's of Kyle's Free Space whats up???. So today Im going to write about what I would do with 2 wishes. First it would be to help my family if needed and fix any problems they might have. I would want to have 650 million dollars because that will have you set for life with everything that uses money. I would have the first one the reason I would want to help my family and friends is so that they would not have to worry about anything not saying that they do. I would give my family money and some selected friends. That's the only people I would help no one ELSE.
I know saying not helping anyone else people might take offence to that but that would be my personal opinion. I am very selective about my wishes and beliefs that's why I would help my family with anything they need. Yes the 650 million dollars may be small to some people some want more but I'm good with even 1 million I'm sure anyone else would be to. Hope everyone enjoyed this as much as I did well have a good one.

What I would do with 1 million dollars
Hey all my blog reader's of Kyle's Free Space whats up???. So today im going to write what I would do with 1 million dollars. I would give some to my family. Then buy a new 2015 cbr1000rr, Then I would buy a 2015 honda grom with a modded muffler that way it would be loud. That's about 120 thousand with all the upgrades and everything in it. I would buy a nice house with lots of land for metal detecting. I would put the rest in my bank so I don't spend it all. I don't know maybe I would invest in stocks or something. Who knows maybe I would make even more money.
It would be cool to make all that money I would buy a even bigger house and more motorcycles if I won about 10 million or more. I think I would definitely buy a Gixxer 900. You can tell how much i'm in love with motorcycles. I prefer them before cars. I will write the bikes I would get in a list when i'm on the last paragraph. I would get a 2016 Chevy Silverado red color. I really like the color red and really like Chevy.
I would get some pets I really like German Shepard's because their K9 police dogs I would have him trained like one. I would also get a movie theater in my house not a big one about 10 seats. Maybe get the food stand and whatever else they have. I would not go over board with spending money I would make sure I still have a lot so I can not be flat broke. There is one thing I would get it would be a personal trainer that way I can keep in shape. Well this will be it for today have a good one everyone

My New Plane
Hey all my blog readers of Kyle's Free Space what's up???. So today I'm going to write about my new plane yes that sounds crazy but its not in real life. It is in a video game called Grand Theft Auto 5 I have it on Xbox one and I have a mod for a Single engine plane called a Cessna Skyhawk 172. It is a beautiful plane They range from $50,000 to $ 289,500 from what the internet tells me but prices depend on year. I own a 2013 the cruise speed is 140mph the top speed is 188mph for 2013 Cessna. Mine is White with Red stripes.
I am going to list some pictures of this plane. I actually have always wanted a Cessna and a private pilot license ever since I was young. I actually wanted to be a fighter jet pilot just like the movie Top Gun but that's not going to happen. It could I rather just doing something else not saying I would not do it I would just not my first choice. Even know flying a fighter jet would be cool I would explore other options. Well this is it for today I'm going to leave some photos of the plane not from my game but from the internet to show what the plane looks like.

Merry Christmas And Happy New Year
Hey all my blog readers of Kyle's Free Space what's up???. So yes merry Christmas I am 1 month late but I was busy just like everyone else is. I am going to first off say I had a good Christmas hopefully everyone else did. My family had a good time it was funny because we had a thunderstorm and flood warning on Christmas because were I live it do not snow well it does but it is rarely. It was a fun Christmas I am not going to brag about everything I got I will write someone my favorite things I got. I will write it in a list below when i'm done.
1. Xbox one with some games my brother also bought one
2. Metal Detector from my brother
3. Watch box to put my watches in
4. Mini flying drone
5. Welding helmet from my dad
I also got other things but I am not going to write them because I don't remember everything. I was very happy because my mom had these games we had on Christmas. We had were able to
win prizes I forgot everything but I remember I got a xbox live card and my brother got a Walmart gift card. It was fun because my brother sleeped over on Christmas eve then left after dinner the next day. I was excited for the Christmas dinner because I love ham it is one of my favorite meats. That holiday has one of my favorite meals of all time. We also had a good New Years I stayed up and watched the ball drop on tv.
We had my brother come over for dinner then he left and went back to his house. So that was fun I remember listing to my police scanner and I heard the cops say happy new year to the other units. That was nice because I never heard them say anything like that before I thought they would just say nothing and continue with there work. But I did not hear anything to interesting on the scanner that night. I thought things would have been crazy. Actually last night I heard someone get Tarazed on the radio because the officer said on the radio tazer deployed.
Alright this is going to be it for today. I hope everyone had a good Christmas and a Happy New Year. I am also going to write my new years resolution. There not really interesting they never are only one of them are serious. Some of them are funny though so here it goes.
1. Lose some weight and get back into shape.
2. Build a gaming pc.
3. Learn how to weld with my dad
4. Improve my photography skills.
5. Build a scanner console most people do not know what im talking about
1. Xbox one with some games my brother also bought one
2. Metal Detector from my brother
3. Watch box to put my watches in
4. Mini flying drone
5. Welding helmet from my dad
I also got other things but I am not going to write them because I don't remember everything. I was very happy because my mom had these games we had on Christmas. We had were able to
win prizes I forgot everything but I remember I got a xbox live card and my brother got a Walmart gift card. It was fun because my brother sleeped over on Christmas eve then left after dinner the next day. I was excited for the Christmas dinner because I love ham it is one of my favorite meats. That holiday has one of my favorite meals of all time. We also had a good New Years I stayed up and watched the ball drop on tv.
